- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, proactive, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills (1,2,3).
- Minimum two years experience in a similar position, preferably in a five star hotel or resort (1,2).
- Minimum one year experience in similar position, preferably in five star hotel or resort (3 -11).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Ability to speak other foreign languages is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner.
- Must have excellent attention to detail,and extensive service knowledge.
- Have high commitment to the job.
