Job Title: Operations Manager
Contract Terms: Two Years
Start Date: ASAP
Annual Leave: 12 days
Work Hours: minimum 50 hours/week, Monday-Friday OR Monday-Saturday (your choice)
Benefits: 45mins lunch break, BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan, annual bonus

Responsibilities:
General management of the bakery, operations and back office.  General improvements to the bakery and business.  Proactive attitude to supporting the business and able to work autonomously with little direction

Administration:
Staff contracts
Staff rewards and HR issues
Staff BPJS, tax and annual leave processing
Business documents, registration and KITAS applications and maintenance
Systems and process maintenance and development – suggest more efficient or cost effective ways to run the business

Business Development
sales calls and emails to grow new cafe/restaurant accounts with specific target set
manage display and upkeep/cleanliness of the bakery
work on partnerships and collaborations with local businesses
sales operations in the bakery

Bookkeeping:
accurate entry of daily expenses
managing petty cash funds
accurate data entry into accounting system – Xero
managing credits, payments etc

Operations:
weekly invoicing of accounts
purchase ordering
support of bakers and bakery operations – sourcing ingredients
sourcing better pricing on ingredients and supplies
making sure inventory is updated and available

Research
sourcing items as and when it is needed in the bakery
getting best price on items in a timely manner

Strong Relationship building with:
team members
owners
suppliers
cafes/restaurants
customers (retail)
banjar and authorities
supporting staff – third party agent and accounting

Reporting
Owner reports – weekly and monthly reports:
Sales
Operations
Inventory
Petty Cash and expenses
Maintenance
Improvement suggestions
