We are Pison Coffee looking for potential candidates to meet our challenge for the following position :

* CDP ( Hot Kitchen/Pastry)

For our new outlet in Jakarta

 

Responsibilities :

•    Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes

•    Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis

•    Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus

•    Ensuring team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety

•    Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

•    Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations

•    Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)

•    Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes

•    Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality

•    Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation

•    Ensure all kitchen staf working with SOP

•    Controller all staf kitchen performance and report to head kitchen

•    Monitoring quality and food cost control kitchen product

 

Requirements :

•    Male/female

•    Proven experience 2 years in a Chef de Partie role

•    Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes

•    Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

•    Knowledge of best cooking practices

•    Culinary school diploma

•    Max 40 years old

•    Able to join immedietly

•    Have strong mature leadership, problem solving and decision making skills

•    Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude

•    Strong communication skills is a MUST

•    Well groomed and Presentable
